aspell-eo-cx7 software package provides Esperanto dictionary for aspell, cx 7bit encoding, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install aspell-eo-cx7
aspell-eo-cx7 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the aspell-eo-cx7 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep aspell-eo-cx7 *
You will get with aspell-eo-cx7 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
